They need to have more people on tills. Their ques are always long and low. There is no customer service
Good Afternoon, This morning around 10, I went to shoprite and bought bread, Peanuts and 2 litres of Amasi. This did not even take me 10 minutes to get. However, I went to the que and realised that they were all long. They did not really have those express tills.I stood there for about 15 minutes and a old lady and men started to complain about their legs. I said I am coming back, trying to find a supervious. I went found a lady ask her, can they not open more tills because Cleary the ques and Long and very slow. She said that no, they can't they only have the 5 people on tills the rest is coming after 12. Apparently the hours have been cut by the regional manager Moses. My issue is that this is not fair on customer to spend less time getting the stuff they need and spend 20-30 minutes on a que.
I told her at Woolworths, the supervisor would even tell the packer to open the till when they see traffic on ques. I feel like people are not respected and considerate, as there should no que that is just not moving.
