They don't know what is customer service.They need training

Today was not the first time a cashier giving me very bad service. I must say I have been noticing this a lot especially in town CBD it like cashiers are doing us a favour when we are buying...madness right!!first of all they don't even know how to greet all they know is "plastic" well now the one who was serving me this morning just said "do u have a card"? Really is that a way to treat customers that are the reason you have a job. Cumin guy's..the are so slow even so they work like they have no gumption .You know what worse? When u ask a cash back it like you asking them to give you some part of their money....it either they will say they don't have or they will change their facial expression.

Management please do something, most of shoprite staff are not taught about customer service and the ones who authorise they walk very slow while we waiting. Let work togather please we all got work to do.
