There is bad service, Shoprite Thorntree is pathetic service

Shoprite Thorntree on the 4th day of the month, there are no cashiers,all the staff is relaxed, I had go just buy hamburgers buns but I waited for more than an hour to pay and management did not look bothered, he was just standing around talking to one lady as if nothing is happening.
