their stupid 1 plate never worked from day 1

I have made several attempts to return a 1 plate stove that I bought at Shoprite Kuilsriver with no sucess.

At first I couldnt find the receipt so I was told that they wouldnt accept it but I searched for my receipt until I got and went back to the store only to be made a fool out of because for an hour or so I was told to wait for the sales consultant as they needed to have a look at the stove, and then after 15 minutes I was told to o in store and take anything that will ampount to the value of the stove as they did not have the stove in stock any longer and then later was told that due to the condition of the stove they will not assist, that time I had already wasted atlist an hour in the store!

I went home and wrote an email to the customer complaints department, got a call immed with no answer.

Then the next day I googled their customer care line and spoke to one of their consultant who advised to get back to me after 48 hours.

Again today I call to follow up only to be told that the images I sent of the stove and the box is not in a good condition, thestove is white for crying out loud and its a 1 plate so of course when you cook it will have grease on it which i was even afraid to clean as the stove might just not work even more.

they have closed the query even though I had advised that I was not happy with the feedback provided to me!!!
