Theft of clients bag-no footage at till points

The Security Officer and the lady went to review first the footage, they then called her in to review. They reviewed the footage from the time she entered the shop with her shopper bag until to where the incident happened, but they didn't show how the incident happened, they just assumed, to me its admitting liability and affirming that they both knew who did it, but they didn't want to tell . They showed again when she left the shop and came back again. <br> <br> Then the Security officer and the lady said their cameras does not show/cover the till points, as they have a problem and admitted that this problem has been on-going for some time. How can a security officer confirm that \her bag was cut by scissors by another shopper". Whereas they don't have functional cameras at the high risk area and they later claim that they don't have access to review footage. <br> <br> When I asked if they have pivot cameras"
