Theft in stores

Good day. My 80 years father was at shoprite Mams Mall on Saturday 30th November and had a loaded trolley from another store. Your parcel counter was full and his items were marked at the door so he can enter with his trolley cotaining his goods, so as he was shopping, He turned to pick baked beans on the shelf but as he wanted to put them in the trolley, someone already passed with the trolley. Literally stole from him in your store.

He lodged a complaint with Shoprite Mams Mall is now the 10th and haven't heard from them.
