The worst service received by ShopRite

I had the worst experience at ShopRite liquor Eyethu mall (Orange Farm) I went to ShopRite store to purchase a few things and went next door to the liquor and had 3 plastics with me and i asked the security lady where i can put my things and she said by the basket and i went inside and took what i came for and while i was still waiting in the line i saw one of my ShopRite plastic was missing and i quickly went to them to ask where is it then the lady says it was only 2 plastics and i tell her i came with 3 plastics as i had just came from next door ShopRite retailer , i asked them how the person looked and what where they wearing they couldn't even be able to answer me as they said they don't remember they only remember that he was with a child i quickly ran outside to look for a person whom i didn't even know looked like or even what they where wearing , and came back and asked them to atleast show me their CCTV cameras so i can know what I'm looking for it was a struggle and they took me to some lady i think she's a controller and she said she was coming back she's going to fetch a paper a whole 30 minutes passed and she was still not back and by the time she comes back she tells me i can't enter inside il have to wait by the door and i did she came back with a video recorded with her from from the CCTV and the guy as soon as they left the store they went to the taxi rank straight imagine the time she wasted going where she went and couldn't assist me quickly that person had already taken a taxi to home i lost a total of R277 worth of groceries in which they told me they can't help me with anything iv lost iv lost and when i asked the lady to send me the video she told me that she can't I'd have to go to police station first for that , I'm deeply hurt with how they handled my situation a lost il never regain from them i despise ShopRite and how they nmtreat customers
