the worst service ever

This cashier by the name of Ntokozo Dlamini went out of her way to make my shopping experience the most unbearable thing. She was so rude, did not respond when I greeted her, she had an entire conversation with her till packer totally ignoring my existence and anything I asked her for. She went as far as making it impossible for me to make payment with the tap/scan feature. I had to go and withdraw cash to pay, while there was absolutely nothing wrong with her verifone. Her supervisor tried to intervene and she showed no regard for her.
