THE WORST SERVICE EVER
I drove to Shoprite Ridgeway yesterday and got there 16:50 knowing the store closes at 17:00. When I got there the security already closed, I told him that it's not 5 yet why is he closing he told me that they already packed up I than argued and called the emergency number on the door a colored lady answered from the control room and was so rude chewing In My ear telling me if the door is closed than the store was closed. I Googled and got the number of the manager Donovan, who than let me in. While i was walking out I than received threats from the security because I called the manager, to which one of them called me lying boesman. I have never been so shocked in my life.I live 2 minutes away from Shoprite and they have just lost a valued shopper.
