The worst Horrible service EVER

I was disgusted by service at shoprite today. lunch time I decided to pop in and buy myself 3items at shoprite Gilwell mall in East London. I must say it was my last time entering that store. A RUDE lady by the name of Lindelwa Loliwe she rings my items and I took out my money R200.00 to pay as a "customer" she looked at me and said next time don't ever come to this till with such Money I do not have change! As a "customer" i rep**** why must I go stand in a long line with pupils with trollies when I have only 3 items. She rolled her eye and press a button to call someone to assist with change in my knowledge that is her superior guess what they continued as if I do not exist and discussed this inconvenience I'm creating in their stupid minds. Shoprite needs to recruit more intelligent people because this person has made my attitude change all over again. Managers need to install the importance of a customer in their staff! I am a Store manager myself at Gilwell mall in East London I know very well how to behavior and what I need to do to keep my customers coming back. Lindelwa Loliwe deserves to work at the back of the store (stockroom) maybe she is Rude..
