The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. My father and I visited Shoprite Bloch center. After 2 hours of standing in the line, many of the customers only saw the small notice on the board that the line is for 3 items. The lady at the till took out any items that she wanted to and threw it out. I have also worked at the same Shoprite, but I've always made sure that the customer's left the shop happy. I am sorry to say that I will never visit the shop ever again, as well as my family. SHOPRITE has lost 6 customer's business. They should hire better staff with etiquette. What happend to the customer is always right?
