The worst customer service at Shoprite West Street Durban

This review is for Shoprite in West Street, Durban. It's a pity I forgot to take this employee's name. Today I went to do some shopping and remembered something I need from Shoprite my hands were already full from other shops packages. When I came into the Shoprite store through the entrance in the passage, this girl in the parcel counter gave me so much of attitude I couldn't believe it. I greet her she doesn't acknowledge me just sends me off to the security to close my plastics and go in. Mind you she's mumbling and showing me by just her fingers what I need to do. Asked her why she's dismissing me and not even greeting back and still gave attitude. Guys we are customers and also have our own frustrations - DO NOT COME TO WORK IF YOU DON'T WANT TO!!! What did we do to you to deserve such mean customer service?
