THE TELLER IN HIEDELBERG GAUTENG ROBED ME AND THE MANAGER DID NOTHING ABOUT IT

on Saturday my daughter was ****** by a teller named Nkosikona which made her swipe the card twice in which then took R528 twice. when i saw the notification on my phone i phoned back they made me speak to a lady the pretended to be the manager. she told me if will revers itself and it will be back in my account on Sunday. today is Monday and it is not in my account. i phoned this morning and found that the manager (BAFANA) is in fact a man, he as well promised to fix this that i was ROBED by a teller yet it is now 6 hours later and nothing has happened... i cant believe this is how shoprite works... THEY ***** YOU HARD EARNED MONEY... now when i call the put me on hold.
