THE STAFF INSULTS THE CUSTOMERS

I waited more than 30 minutes to be helped, and when I finally went to the counter I was assisted by a pharmacist named Pina. I greeted her and she just looked at me and started a conversation with her workmate , I stood and waited for them to finish their conversation. finally, she gave me attention and I told the lady I need some fenamins and showed her a sample of what I wanted. instead of telling me that they don't have them she gave me a substitute of the medication which I have never used , I told her that since they did not have it I prefer a different brand and she started raising her voice and refused to give me what I asked for . They started insulting me in their home language which they thought I would not understanding and made me pay for those tablets. The Medirite pharmacy in Shoprite quagga centre has the worst customer service I have ever had and I will never go shopping and refer a person to it.
