The shop shop refused to adhere to the price that was on the shelf

This evening I was at shoprite tokoza in khumalo Street, my husband and myself went to purchase a braai stand and charcoal, on the shelf the the price of the braai stand was R159.99 but when we got to the till the item scanned R249.99when we told the till operator she said it was not her problem and that we should take it up with the Manager she then proceeded to void our items and called the next customer while we were still in front of her. We called the manager and told him about the price problem we went to the shelf with the manager and showed him but he said he would not give us the price at a discount because that was the wrong price that was put there regardless of the fact that he saw the fault, my husband took photos of this as evidence and we also took a picture of the manager and the till operator. This item wad sold to us at the price of R249.99.
