THE RUDEST CASHIER IV EVER ENCOUNTERED!

I decided to go shopping at Shoprite Randburg Square yesterday to buy a few grocery items and was served by the rudest cashier ever. She never greeted, didn't smile. She spent most of her time chatting rudely to her colleagues who where all loitering by the till. She went as far as telling her colleagues loudly (directed at me) that she will never smile at a customer, especially if they don't smile at her first because she is not at their mercy! As she was putting my food through the till, she would throw it to the other side - yet another clear sign of her lack of respect and customer service. I have never felt more intimidated and disrespected by someone in that manner, over food that I was and did pay for! I didn't even have the guts to look at her name tag but I remember that she was sitting at till no. 10 between 18h00 pm - 18h30 pm . <br> Is this what one has to endure just to buy food at such a big and respected food chain? I am beyond disappointed with the service and treatment I received and I hope Management finds this woman and puts her to order! Also, why doesn't the till slip have the name of the cashier? Poor service Shoprite, Disappointed is an understatement!
