The rude and unhelpful man

Shoprite DBN (Smith Stree). Yesterday I went to shop with my daughter and sister. She has a bladder issue so I went to the security lady on the Smith Street exit and asked if she knows any toilets nearby because my daughter needs to pee and she can't hold it. The lady kindly asked me to speak to a man who was wearing a grey and white jacket and said kids are allowed to use the toilet in store. This man was not helpful at all he was on his phone and I asked for help, he was dismissive and directed me to the information desk. I ended up taking my daughter out to pee on the street and came back to pay for my groceries. I hope if that's his duty he will do better next time. Not to me because I won't be shopping on there anymore.
