the manager solves problems by telling clients they have attitude

i went to shoperite kempton park west street branch,they were about to close when i got in through the oak street entrance ,ileft my parcels at the counter while in the shop i was constantly targeted by security to be fast they are closing. i went to pay then the security comes rudely to me and says that cant i see its late and i will have to leave the shop using the other exist .i respond and told him not to be rude in his approach its not my fault they close late .and he is inconviencing me cause now i have to go back into town to get home using the other door ,why did they close it before 8. he then walked away .i payed took my parcels walked across the shop to the other door as i was giving my receipt to the othe guard ,that one grabs my receipt and wants to search me from bag to parcels now ,i took it personal i was told to use the other entrance now u sending round and u want to search me,i then asked for the manager to search me .the manager comes from her office and about 10m from me starts yelling "who has all this attitude" and is screaming i then say ""me a customer ""across to her she then says stop your attitude .i ask her whether she should stop my attitude or ask the problem and cool me down. she said i know a customer is right and im taking chances as in the way i was conducting myself (shouting) at the situation .At that point as i was argueing with her of her treatment of me and the situation the guard physically starts pulling me out with my hand,when i shout dont touch me the manager says why am i a drama queen and she cant handle me and my screaming.i asked for her name to report she refused to provide it .all i know is she has brown hair and green eyes and young west street branch. my hand is sore from the assault and my head is spinning from the disgrace of a manager screaming at me in front of her entire staff what to do now.
