The lights are on but no one is home - Computicket

I procured my vehicle license renewal disc through Computicket the 25th Jan, but have to date not received a single outreach to advise on ETA etc. I cannot get through on their *** number, the line is picked up but no one is there to engage with, cannot submit through online submission page as it has an ERROR.
