The Level of disrespect!

The store was empty early in the morning… went to one of the ladies at the money market tills 🙉 so this lady said “I did not call you”… so I waited… I contacted their customer service line and I waited for 10 minutes and no one picked up!!! Sent an email and that also took ages to get assistance! Now I’m being told I need to wait for 3-5 working days! The level of disrespect from the stuff members is on another level!

I told them I want to raise a complaint and I need a complaint reference number and they said they do not have a reference! Yhooooo🤯🤯🤯
