The customer service at Shoprite Jacaranda Centre is absolutely upsetting

The customer service at Shoprite Jacaranda Centre is absolutely upsetting. I often go there to do my shopping as it's close to where I reside. The cashiers always refuse to pack in the bags and if they do, it is with an attitude and slick remarks to the other cashiers. This as a whole has made my experience with them quite unpleasant.
