The card declined but the money was deducted from my account

ShopRite jabulani mall such poor service, at 16: 00 at I went buy grocery and swipe using my capitec bank card it's declined but there money was deducted, went back at 17:00 because it's a bit far from where I stay to jabulani mall to show them the message which shows that the money was deducted but they refused to give me my grocery and we don't have anything to eat with my family they are saying I should come back tomorrow with bank statement just imagine the selfish manager and cashier they will sleep with something in their stomach but they don't care about other people.
