I bought an item about 2 weeks ago. I was not happy with it. I wrote to their Facebook page. I got an response almost immediately. I am very please at how was complaint was handle, It was with professionalism and courtesy. I spoke with Lulama who was so professional and made follow ups until the end. I am happy and I will continue to shop.
