<p>Getting into a Shoprite store is a nightmare in general, if you then still need to find a knowledgable staff member to find you an item that is on promotion and not on the shelf it gets worse.</p> <p>I went into Shoprite Kraaifontein this morning - the one close to the post office.</p> <p>I asked 4 different people to check if they had any stock of their Rainbow chicken viennas - all of them looked at me with this blank expression....one lady went to go & fetch someone else - she brought a guy by the name of Jaco.</p> <p>My understanding was that it is not his area \ isle, but he showed interest and went the extra mile to go to the back to go & check if they had any stock.</p> <p>Low & behold - he came back with a box full of packets, went through the extra effort of checking the price for us to ensure that those were the ones we were looking for.</p> <p>A friendly face with a willingness to assist - that is all that is needed to provide proper customer service.</p> <p>He deserves some form of recognition for a job well done.</p>
