Thando Maake “AMISS Service “

I’m not sure if I’m the only one that always get the deficient service from the lady called Thando Maake “ Shoprite Newtown Junction “ she’s a cashier there. The incident happened before which I was transecting with my card I asked for cash back and she refused to give me not that she doesn’t have enough money in her till but because she was busy complementing one of her colleagues it happened she couldn’t hear or she pretended as if she didn’t I’m not sure then as she ends our transection I asked her about cash back her answer was “ how I’m I suppose to know that you want money if you don’t say?!” I actually wanted to go to the office report her but my husband said nah mahn I let it slide. Sadly I got the same treatment again today 28/02/2022 with different complain where I gave her my card on card when she returns it she just puts it down without greeting me, I chose to be a bigger person greet and and ask “Sis why don’t you return my card back the same way I gave you?She told me a way to get off that in a way that she said if I want that kind of treatment I should go to woolies because she hasn’t encountered someone complain about such before. to cut a long story short I went to report her, her manager told me she should apologise to me she said she will not to that

As I was leaving the shop I told her manager I’m gonna escalate this matter.
