Terrible, terrible branch

Your branch in Virginia, Freestate is a sad tragedy. Run down, way too full for covid protocols and the cashiers and walk around staff have no masks on. When we were at the till, the cashier had no mask on, and i asked him if there is no protocol to wear a mask, he put it on, then put it off again and swore at me to be quiet.
