Terrible service from the manager
I took a broken stove to Shoprite Ndofaya Mall in Soweto. I spoke to the shop assistant who gave me attitude and referred me to the manager. The managers name is Christina. Upon arriving she blatantly told me she won't change the stove. Her attitude was appalling. She told me to my face that her and not the store will not change the stove because I misused the stove. This was not the first time. Earlier this year I took back my mothers stove and something similar happened. The lady assisting me then told me that the brand was terrible and I should not buy it. Unfortunately the other stove was bought a long time before the incident and had no problems.

Small appliances purchased from Shoprite stores carry a one year warranty due to a manufacturer fault. It must, however, be noted that should a product be abused or tampered with the warranty will no longer be valid.
