Terrible service from shoprite send

I sent money on Friday with shoprite send, transaction didn't go through until today. I keep on calling the call center and get a different story from them. I asked to get my money back and was told by agent that oohh sorry we don't refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold until my airtime finished. Im asking for shoprite to please refund my money.
