Terrible Service From Cashier

Went to do my monthly shopping as I do every month at Shoprite. It was around 6pm. The cashiers are very rude around this time as I think they want their shift to end. Got to the till and the cashier was scanning and trying to pack at the same time. I then asked her if she can get someone to pack the groceries, her response was that I pack my own groceries. I asked to speak to the manager who never came. My sister and I ended up packing our own groceries. She was rude up until we left. there was other customers who were almost over the till so i could not see the screen of how much needed to be paid. I asked her how much it was, she then refused to tell me and said i must look at the screen. This kind of service is not acceptable. If people take on jobs it's their duty to perform and not think they are doing us a favour. This is not the first time I have received bad service from Shoprite but i let it go, however, I think as a daily customer we deserve better service.
