Terrible service

I have Samsung Pay on my phone and I pay at Shoprite Inanda on a regular however from time to time like today I am stopped from purchasing my food because of them not knowing what Samsung Pay is. The teller today did not even initiate the card paying service because as she said "I don't know what I am doing"
