Terrible service at ShopRite Motse wa Lijane

Popped in at ShopRite at Motse wa Lijane at 10:11 and left at 11:27 to buy fruit and ended up standing in long queues that were almost reaching the end of the isles for over 30 minutes.. I watched a lady breastfeed her baby who's younger than 3 months while on the queue because we had been there forever because there were only 3 tills open.. this is what happened today on the 20th of December 2025, why were only a few people scheduled during peak season only god knows but it says something about the fact that delivering great customer service is the least of their priorities.. there was only one controller available when on a normal day you find them loitering around chatting with cashiers, as if we are audiences at their show and we are there to be performed for..

Extra two tills only opened when we got to the front.. .. it literally took me less than 5 minutes to pick up the fruits and get to the tills...

You guys must do better in ensuring that your administrative issues do not negatively impact on us ...
