Terrible service @Shoprite Mayfair

Shoprite Mayfair Store Associate Charlene Montsoai told me to VOETSERK and go ahead report her, after telling her I am not going to beg for a good customer service. She shouted and screamed @me and said "as a man I shouldn't complain about customer service, only women can complain about customer service, if you complain about custormer service as a Man according to Shoprite Standards you are not a Man Enough. I asked for the Manager, Admin Manager Phumelele who only said, "what's going on guys, I am busy" , she continued and said this Man is Wearing is wearing Panties to complain about custormer service, the Admin manager brushed it off, and when I asked her, what is she gonna do with such behavior of stuff member, she blatantly told me that, I m not at Liberty of telling her how to deal with her Stuff, she will do so in her own time and, when it suits her, I then asked for both thier names of which she wrote down on a piece of paper. Then I left the Store in Awe Disbelief, Embarrassed, humiliation and Disrespected by a Store Associate who ws supposed to render customer service to a Paying Customer I am never setting my foot ever again @Shoprite Mayfair Jhb, The Service is Terrible, Disappointing and Disrespectful towards customers.
