Terrible service and super service

I went to Malamulele Old Shoprite by the taxi rank. 1st time to find a Shoprite employee like Sharon. She is always smiling, joking, and laughing with customers. I asked her why she is different from others who are always angry, the way she is so well mannered, she even tried to shield them, but unfortunately I work at customer service so I knew very well that she was just trying to shied those who are always angry.

She continued packing the baskets and clearing the food that was abandoned by customers joking and laughing with customers. For a moment, I was so happy with Shoprite. Well, that was l lived very short as I went to the till to pay, and found a lady who goes by the name of Vloda/ Vloga or something like that, she is very rude and acts like she is doing us a favor by helping us pay, at some point she even said to me I'm lucky she's still on shift, otherwise she was not going to attend to me, I would have to go and queue again somewhere else. Whose money am I paying with? Or is Shoprite giving us the food for free to be told that nonsense by their cashier? This is because she gave me the closed sign which I have it for my boy as I had a basket in my hand, the baby put it down, another customer came while I was talking to my boyfriend who was not supposed to be in that queue accordingly to her due to the sign yet we were together and he just went to take something else as we both had baskets.

She shouted at me when I got to the till; she spoke to me like she was talking to her 2-year-old child; even if the customer is wrong, that's not how you speak to customers. DON'T YOU GUYS TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE? THAT'S THE VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED.
