Terrible service and a drag

Shoprite in Pretoria cbd, church str and Lillian ngoyi is a nightmare. They have 4 express till points but only one works. Really i can be in the store for almost an hour just buying 5 items. Where is the express in that? The workers look like they dont even want to work. Managers running around doing nothing as iff the dont see the long queues. There is not team work. Workers lack motivation. The energy is just not there. Going to this shoprite was a bad idea and a waste of precious time.
