Terrible service

Protea gardens sboprite service is extremely shocking, today 11 July security guards left us standing by the door without anyone helping us. We've been waiting for almost 35/40 minutes and the shop wasn't that full as there wasn't power in the mall. Their service is really stinking, they don't respect customers and just come in and out of the shop.
