Terrible service

The cashier that serviced me was rude and apart from scanning my items did nothing else. She did not greet even after I initiated the greeting. She did not have a till packer and did not even try to help me pack or get someone to help. Furthermore to that I had to go outside the store to get a trolley to fit my groceries. Shoprite Estcourt
