Terrible service

It was my 2nd visit to shoprite sophiatown, the elder goes to withdraw pension once a month from the store , so the elder goes to this specific store to get their pension. Last month I spoke to one of the managers about the elder standing outside and Bering in mind its winter, they were extremity cold standing outside. Now remember I spoke to the manager last month with regards to this issue. Today I took my granny again to the store just to find the elder outside in a line and it was cold outside they were freezing outside.I then went into the store and spoke to one of the managers by the name Kate Seshoko and she said that there was no space in the store for them to queue in or better yet they do not have a teller assigned for them to queue in. She **** to me and the store was empty and there was enough space for the elder to stand . Something has to be done with regards to this issue. One more thing the elder withdraws from the store and they go back into the same store to support the store. They spend their money at this store and this is how management treats the elder and lets not forget their own customer ,that supports this store for years. Can something please be done!1!!!!
