Terrible service

The bad service I recieved from sibusiso of Usave shoprite mofolo village, speaking to me like I am one of his friends when requesting a cash back as they will always tell you as a customer that they do not have money, and as always as black people, we will always says it's ok, I have been complaining about this shop as they take black people for granted, if you guy are not willing to serve black people, then please close this shop and open it for white people that you are afraid of, I waited for an hour to be helped just to withdraw R800, i know that this message might not even get anywhere as it's a black person that is sending it, I was not even allowed to see a manager as I would think that I am not important, your service is the worst
