Terrible service

<p>I came to the shoprite after waiting 45 minutes at the money market kiosk to book flights the manager said she was going to print the birth certificates and then rather went for lunch i lost my booking and had to pay R4000 extra to get another flight booking the lady who assisted me (Busisiwe Nkomo) laughed at me when i told her the service was poor the assistant manager also laughed at me </p>
