Terrible Service

<p>On Saturday the 26 March 2016, I went to for shopping at Shoprite Mthatha. I wanted to buy two cakes for my family, As I was asking the lady for the cake flavours she was very annoyed and said she is in a hurry and I'm waisting her time, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was advised he was not in for the day. I came back after 10 minutes to the same department then the lady who was supposed to be assisting was having a chat with the colleagues and she also told me she cannot help because it was almost her lunch time. I went to complain to the store manager, who called the supervisor who was "apparently" not in for the day when I asked for him. They both advised they would call me for feedback because they were currently busy with something else. I called 2 times and was advised someone will get back to me .......Still waiting!! </p> <p>Mthatha is my home town and this service is very annoying because I cannot even use the Money Market services to send money to my family because you have to pay people to get your money at SHOPRITE MTHATHA. </p>
