Terrible service

I went to shoprite on the 28/03/2016 @ 18:39,and to cut long story short the service I got from simphiwe was appalling,that cashier had terrible attitude,doesn't have any respect couldn't even listen to the manager I called,she was so rude,unprofessional,she doesn't know let alone understands what customer service is and if she doesn't even respect her superior that's was worse. She treated us as if she was doing us a favour,as if she hired us to serve her.please adress this and feedback me
