Terrible parklands Cape Town

Shoprite parklands Cape Town. Never had worse service in the bottle store adjacent to the actual store. I return SAB empty beer bottles for a deposit at 18:00 and I get reprimanded at the fact tHat I can not return a deposit sab quart bottle after 7pm. I have had countless disputes about this fact and I have not seen any disciplinary actions after the passed disputes multiple times. I am a local customer and lately I have resorted to purchasing my groceries at alternative recourses although it is more practical to purchase from Shoprite although the services are atrocious and I feel like I have been chased out of the simple purchase I make weekly. I spend more that 2k a month at this store as it is closest to my place of dwelling. I have video evidence of the last interaction/sale/service that I was given at this time of email. I will gladly forward the videos to a responsible source of security. Kind regards
