TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been to shoprite hyper at the chatsworth centre and made my way towards the bakery I noticed some cakes that looked really amazing. Upon purchasing x2 chocolate cakes and x2 chocolate eclir and x1 milk tart accompanied with x2 packs hot cross buns we immediately discovered once we reached home that the whole lot of items where absolutely stale we couldn't even bite into it seeing as they felt as if we where chewing on rocks. When i got back to the the store I stated to the supervisor what had transpired before given a chance to speak he said they will refund me the cash back. It was if he just wanted me quite and to also rush me out of the store. I was absolutely furious and when the bakery manager had made an announcement for him to come to the front of the store to resolve the issue he still didn't show. I was forced to go to oven delights to purchase fresh items seeing as my family was left embarrassed infront of out of town guest's
