Terrible disgusting service

I went to Shoprite in Primrose around 18h45 to do my shopping. I accidentally bought a chicken mixed portion. I thought it was on promotion and when the lady rang everything I asked if it was on promotion she said no. I then I asked her to return it. She asked her supervisor to assist. She refused. She told me I must come back the next day as there will be no one to assist me.

Even the ladies working at the money market. They are terrible. They look tired. The service is horrible at Shoprite.
