Terrible customers received ever

I was in your store a few minutes ago i recieved a very terrible exprience from the cashier by the name of winnie makhubela. 1st she was laying her head on the till for over 10min wen i asked what are we waiting for she said she is waiting for coin from her controllers and that is when i asked is the a customer waiting for change and she said and i said then why is she not carrying on with us who are using cash and her response was how is she supposed to know we are not using cash if we do not say so and it is not her responsibility to ask each and everyone and i kept quiet she continued to till them my milk fell in her legs and she did not bother to take it for us she then asked who is supposed to get the milk from the floor mind you i am heavily pregnant on my last days... I was not impressed with the service i recieved i could not report it to her manager because i was pressed i need bathroom urgently.
