Terrible customer service from Shoprite

<p>Today went to Tembisa plaza shoprite for shopping only to find terrible customer service. wanted to pay my basket using my card and withdraw cash at sametime. all cashiers told me they don't have cash. I asked supervisor to help find cashier with R220 in cash she failed me. the best she could do was to shout towards "If can't open every cashier till and see who got money and who doesn't have" everyday they tell me they don't have money when ever I want to withdraw money. I'm angry at shoprite because all this happens in the midday how come the is no cash during midday.The attitudes of the supervisor made me worried because I knew I'm not the only one getting bad customer service from here. big lady with light skin colour . </p>
