Terrible customer service

My concern is the tills and the cashiers behavior. Listen we don’t owe the till staff anything and I really feel shoprite doesn’t train their staff regarding customer service. Today at the till Athini doesn’t greet me(the cashier) then asked if I want a plastic bag which I purchased then there packers for the other tills but not her. Why do they hire packers when I have to pack myself? Then I had stuff in my hand. So I struggled to pack my groceries. She looked at me kept telling me to take my receipt from her. Which I couldn’t at the time with my hands full. Like she still looked at me like she doesn’t care. Why have a packers who don’t pack for customers? This isn’t the first incident I really think shoprite doesn’t care about the service they offer because they primarily offer services to African people. Athini needs training and so do your packers
