Terrible Customer Service/ Bad attitude from Staff

It is deep hurt and disappointing to be writing this email.

A teller that assisted me with my purchase today rang 3 items instead of two when I came to inform her she told me to go to Kiost which I went and there was a queue then I was referred to a lady who had no queue and so I went and stood there I greeted her, no response from her she was busy writing something and then she said something (no eye contact, had a mask on, looking down as she continue with what she's writting) I sad pardon me 3 times before I could here he saying "What is wrong?"

I asked how does she expect me to hear her when speaking to me with a mask on and note eye contact she then told me that she is busy now with an eye contact.

Her colleague comes and say something to her she then turned and gave her eye contact while continuing speaking to her colleague at this point I am angry.

I went back to the teller who still referred me to Alicia/Elicia I told the teller I can't be running around the shop from one person to another whereas she has done this error she then accompanied to Alica who screamed at her and she left me with Alicia

I asked Alicia to get the store manager to assist, she informed me that the store manager is by the door I asked her which door she said that door pointing to the exit door, i went to the lady who is in the Lotto till hy the door, I explained myself to her when I realised that she is not a store manager I then asked the manager she then said the manager is not available but only administrators

She sent me back to Alicia, Long story short Alicia refused to assist me even when I came to her with the Traineer Manager.

I would like this matter to be attended to I can never be treated like that having to be tossed from one person to another for an oversight that has been done by your staff at the first place, I felt disrespected, humiliated and my time was wasted I had to pay more money in parking because of your staff negligence and misbehavior.
