Terrible customer service

I moved to Butterworth a year ago and an totally disgusted but the service. Last year they did have trolleys and peak time there is only a few cashiers which have to cash up and pack. My worse experience occurred today at the Mpumalanga shoprite in Butterworth the cashier was shouting about social distance near the till but in the line people were standing on top of each other when I addressed this with him he was so rude and arrogant even called me a fool. Where is the customer service here. At Butterworth because we don't have much of a choice we have to put up with abuse and rudeness of staff. I don't think the Shoprite brand is been tarnished and with the economy they it is can companies really afford this but as I mentioned prior here in Butterworth with have to just put up with this. The individual I'm referring to should be dealt with retrained or even dismissed for his terrible behavior. His was working at the cigarette counter. I may misspell is name as I was so upset as he ensure to lift his name tag up and told me. I will see what you can do about it.
