Terrible Customer Service

I am still standing in line 12 where were were made to wait for more than 15 minutes, there was clearly a problem with the tagging machine but absolutely no communications from the staff. I phone *** with my cell to get a senior to assist but the lady I spoke to who would not give her name said that she could not see my number "it is clearly visible" and said she was gonna go and look for the manager, when I called back in +- 5 minutws, the phone was not picked up.The cashier did not have a name tag and ignored me when I asked who she was.I am appalled at the level of indignation that a s**** that is clearly make money of us, is giving us.there are many shops around this are and I am gonna try and use the OK in Oxford in the future.
